The retail establishment may benefit from having interactive menus in the way that it'll make searching for things much easier. Such as if a customer needed a very specific item, they could possibly use the menu to do so. Or if a customer wanted to apply for a job. They could use the interactive menu to look for applications, and could possibly apply through the menu.
